1. Who we are
DailyNote is a private web application used by NDIS support workers to record daily support logs, manage contacts, and generate invoices. It is operated by Chris Stratford (contact: glavenopolis@gmail.com).
2. What data we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture, obtained when you sign in with Google or Facebook or register with email and password.
- Work data — daily support logs, client contact details, invoices, NDIS documents, and activity records that you choose to enter into the application.
- Usage settings — your in-app preferences (theme, dashboard layout, shift timer settings, etc.).
3. How we use your data
- To authenticate you and provide access to the application.
- To store and display the NDIS support records, contacts, and invoices you create.
- To send documents and invoices you request to be emailed from within the app.
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than operating the application.
4. Data storage & security
All data is stored in Supabase on servers located in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies ensure each user can only access their own records.

- Google OAuth — used for sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Facebook Login — used for sign-in. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure. Governed by Supabase's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party beyond what is necessary to operate these services.
6. Your rights
- Access — you can view all data you have entered at any time by logging in.
- Correction — you can edit your records directly within the application.
- Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data. See our Data Deletion page.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the application after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
